At Vimeoy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at popk@outlook.sg with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, gift cards, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene, health, or safety reasons.
Sale items are not eligible for our voluntary 30-day return policy unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or returnable under applicable consumer laws.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union and United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable laws.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
